Role Description

Touching Hearts at Home of CNY is seeking an On-Call person to provide excellent caregiver and client support beyond regular office hours and on weekends for older adults and their families in a professional and appropriate manner.

On - Call Coordinator

• Answer all phone calls outside of regular office hours (weekdays- 4:30 pm-8:00 am; weekends or holidays – 8:00 am-8:00 am).
• Politely and efficiently resolve any client service issues, scheduling issues or adjustments.
• Monitor the On-Call email and respond as needed.
• Maintain an On-Call log of events that happened during your shift.
• Any other tasks requested by Touching Hearts Office Staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High school diploma required.
• 1 year of experience in an administrative role within office or customer service setting; preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Passion for helping seniors remain safe and independent wherever they call home.
• Must have reliable cell phone, tablet or computer with access to the internet during your shift.
• A Background check required.

Requirements

• On-call staff must have reliable phone service and internet access throughout their shift.
• On-call staff must be available and able to answer and respond to incoming phone calls throughout their shift.

Benefits

• Flat Pay Rate: $30 - $100 per shift.
