• Deliver exceptional customer support to Mercedes owners in Norway regarding vehicle features and services.
• Manage inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, maintaining the prestigious brand image of the automotive industry.
• Assist clients with technical troubleshooting, service scheduling, and general product information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM to ensure high-quality service standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex automotive service-related issues efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments, models, and technological innovations in the Mercedes automotive fleet.
• Provide personalized advice to enhance the ownership experience for all Mercedes clients.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Excellent proficiency in English for international communication.
• Valid EU passport or work permit for Greece.
• Strong passion for the automotive industry and a customer-centric mindset.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service or a similar advisory role is highly valued.
