Your Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients.
• Assist customers with food delivery-related inquiries, providing solutions and information promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed service level goals.
• Participate in continuous training to stay updated on service offerings and best practices.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is essential.
• A minimum of B2 in English.
• Strong dedication to providing top-tier customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or the food delivery industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support provided.
