Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound dials to prospective leads, warm inquiries, and past contacts.
• Engage prospects in conversation, ask targeted discovery questions, and uncover gaps or upcoming needs.
• Schedule qualified appointments and consultations directly onto our team’s calendar.
• Accurately track call activity, prospect notes, and follow-up reminders in our CRM.
• Overcome common initial objections with professional, consultative problem-solving.
• Meet or exceed agreed-upon outbound dial volumes and weekly appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications

• Must Have State Farm Experience
• Proven Outbound Experience: Prior experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales.
• Strong Phone Presence: Confident, clear, and professional verbal communication; resilient against gatekeepers and rejection.
• Self-Driven & Organized: High personal accountability with the discipline to work independently in a remote environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM software, cloud dialers, email, and digital scheduling tools.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
