Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and intellectually curious Member Support Specialist to join TZLA's team. This role is vital in providing comprehensive support to our members, ensuring they maximize the benefits of plasma technology while fostering a thriving community of health-conscious individuals.

As a Member Support Specialist, you'll work remotely, serving as the primary point of contact between TZLA and our members. You'll be responsible for guiding members through their journey with our plasma technology, providing technical support, and building a strong, engaged community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert guidance on the therapeutic applications of our plasma technology
• Managing technical support inquiries and ensuring optimal kit utilization
• Facilitating community discussions and knowledge sharing
• Creating and maintaining educational content for members
• Tracking member experiences and gathering feedback for continuous improvement

We emphasize quality of care over quantity, seeking someone who can maintain deep, meaningful connections with our members while managing multiple support channels.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Experience in therapeutic practice or health coaching

Requirements

• Background in alternative medicine, therapeutic practices, or related fields
