Role Description

AO Globe Life is seeking experienced, people-focused professionals to join our remote team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in management, client service, operations, or consulting who want to apply their leadership mindset in a flexible, fully remote environment.

In this role, you will assist individuals and families across the United States in understanding and accessing supplemental benefit programs designed to provide financial protection and peace of mind. You will connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through available options while delivering a high level of client service.

Responsibilities

• Connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
• Scheduling and conducting virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
• Listening carefully to client needs and helping identify appropriate benefit options
• Explaining available coverage and guiding clients through the enrollment process
• Maintaining organized digital records of client interactions and documentation
• Providing follow-up support to ensure a positive client experience
• Participating in team meetings, mentorship programs, and ongoing professional development
• Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and support team success

This role requires professionalism, strong time management, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in leadership, client service, consulting, operations, or management environments
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Confidence using virtual meeting platforms and digital tools
• Self-motivation and accountability in a remote work environment
• A service-focused mindset and a genuine desire to help others
• Experience in customer service, consulting, sales leadership, or client success roles is helpful but not required.
