AO Globe Life is growing its remote Member Services team and is looking for driven professionals who enjoy helping people understand their benefit and insurance options.

As a Member Services Representative, you will work with provided warm leads, schedule client appointments, and help individuals and families navigate life, supplemental health, and accident insurance choices.

Position Responsibilities

• Build rapport with prospective clients and members
• Schedule virtual consultations
• Conduct needs-based conversations
• Explain benefit options in a clear, professional way
• Follow up to answer questions and provide support
• Participate in training, coaching, and team development

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, leadership, or client-relations experience
• Clear and professional communication

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
