AO Globe Life is hiring a Remote Member Services Associate to assist individuals, families, union members, credit union members, and association members as they explore insurance coverage options. You will work remotely with prospective clients, schedule appointments, and provide helpful education about available benefits. • Connect with members and prospective clients through warm leads
• Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
• Complete needs-based discussions
• Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance coverage
• Answer questions and provide timely client support
• Follow up to maintain strong professional relationships
• Keep organized records and complete required documentation
• Participate in ongoing coaching and team development
