Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families to understand benefit needs
• Present supplemental life, accident, and health coverage options clearly and professionally
• Maintain accurate and compliant digital records of client interactions
• Assist clients with policy updates, claims guidance, and post-enrollment support
• Participate in mentorship programs, training sessions, and leadership development workshops

Qualifications

• Background in client service, consulting, or benefits advising (helpful but not required)
• Strong virtual communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professionals
• Comfortable using digital tools such as Zoom, CRM platforms, and cloud-based systems
• Individuals passionate about supporting the veteran community
