AO Globe Life is actively hiring professionals to join our remote team supporting families who are seeking guidance on supplemental coverage options. This client-facing role is fully remote, and all consultations are scheduled in advance—there is no cold calling or outbound prospecting required.

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
• Educate individuals and families on available life, accident, and supplemental coverage options
• Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
• Maintain accurate digital client records and follow compliance standards
• Participate in team development meetings and ongoing training sessions

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam access
• Strong communication skills and organizational ability
