Position Overview:

• Job Title: Medical Call Center Customer Support Representative
• Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
• Schedule: Must be able to work any 8hr Shift between the hours of 8am-9pm PDT. Mon-Fri.
• Projected Start: TBD
• Equipment Provided and shipped directly to your home.

Job Details:

• Provide excellent customer service and patient support.
• Verify patient information.
• Answer inbound calls and may perform outbound calls assisting patients with their concerns regarding their prescription benefits.
• Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
• Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year or more of recent call center experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy practices a PLUS but not required.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
