[Hiring] Manager, Customer Success @Qlik

Role Description

Qlik is looking for a Manager, Customer Success to lead and develop a team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers (CSMs) supporting our most strategic Americas accounts. This role sits at the center of Qlik's enterprise customer strategy.

• You'll lead a team of 5-8 high-performing Enterprise CSMs who manage some of Qlik's most complex, highest-value accounts.
• As Qlik's enterprise book continues to expand, you'll be building the leadership bench for Customer Success.
• This role carries real influence: you'll partner directly with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support leadership.
• The challenge is real too: balancing hands-on coaching and career development for your team.
• This is a genuine leadership track: a clear path from Manager to Senior Manager and Director of Customer Success.

Impact

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-8 Enterprise CSMs, setting clear expectations, running regular 1:1s and portfolio reviews.
• Own the health of your team's Americas portfolio, tracking retention, adoption, and expansion metrics.
• Raise the bar on execution by establishing consistent standards for Customer Success Plans and account strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Support leadership.
• Step in on the highest-stakes accounts, coaching your team through escalations and executive engagements.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new CSMs as the team grows.
• Report on team and portfolio performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• A university degree or equivalent, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role within enterprise software or SaaS.
• Direct experience managing or leading a team of Customer Success Managers or similar customer-facing professionals.
• A proven ability to operate with executive presence, comfortable guiding your team through conversations with VP, SVP, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and data-driven judgment, with the ability to read portfolio health across retention, adoption, and expansion metrics.

Salary and Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $116,900 USD MIN - $140,000 USD MAX per year. This position is eligible for a commission within a range of $50,100 USD - $60,000 USD subject to meeting targets set forth in a sales commission plan.
