Role Description

Design world-class travel experiences while managing complex, high-value bookings. If you are highly experienced in Amadeus GDS and travel systems, this role puts you at the center of luxury travel operations.

A boutique luxury travel design agency is looking for a highly experienced Travel Advisor to support the end-to-end coordination of premium, multi-country travel experiences. This business specializes in creating bespoke, experience-led journeys including luxury hotels, international flights, expedition cruises, safaris, and private tours. Every itinerary is tailored, complex, and requires precision across multiple suppliers and systems. This role is heavily systems-driven, requiring strong proficiency in Amadeus GDS and multiple travel platforms to manage bookings, pricing, ticketing, and itinerary coordination.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Client & Booking Coordination
  • Manage travel bookings from enquiry through to completion
  • Respond to client and supplier communications professionally
  • Track follow-ups and tasks using CRM systems
• Travel Design Support
  • Build detailed itineraries using itinerary platforms
  • Translate travel plans into structured, bookable journeys
  • Ensure all travel components align seamlessly
• Flight Research & Ticketing (Core Focus)
  • Perform advanced flight searches, pricing, and bookings using Amadeus GDS
  • Monitor queues, schedule changes, and ticket servicing requirements
  • Compare fares using additional platforms and tools
  • Interpret and apply airline fare rules and ticketing conditions
• Booking & Financial Management
  • Create booking records, generate invoices, and track payments
  • Record transactions and ensure accurate costings
  • Coordinate supplier payments and confirmations
• Documentation & Systems Management
  • Maintain accurate travel documentation and confirmations across systems
  • Update itineraries with booking details and travel information
  • Work across multiple tools including CRM, itinerary builders, and booking systems
• Supplier Coordination
  • Liaise with hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and wholesalers
  • Confirm availability and resolve booking issues
  • Ensure all bookings are accurate and aligned with itinerary plans

Qualifications

• Based in the Philippines and seeking a full-time remote role
• 5+ years recent experience as a Travel Advisor or Travel Agent in a full-service agency
• Extensive, hands-on experience using Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS)
• Minimum 2+ years of consistent Amadeus usage, including:
  • Flight searches
  • Fare pricing
  • Booking and ticketing
  • Queue management
• Strong experience working across multiple travel systems and platforms simultaneously
• Proven experience managing end-to-end travel bookings
• Strong knowledge of airline fare rules and ticketing processes
• Experience handling client communication and supplier coordination
• Experience managing invoices, payments, and booking records
• Exceptional attention to detail (critical in travel bookings)

Requirements

• Experience working with luxury travel and complex multi-country itineraries
• Exposure to systems such as:
  • Tramada (booking & accounting system)
  • Travefy (itinerary builder)
  • HubSpot (CRM)
  • Other GDS or ticketing platforms (e.g. Airtickets)
• Strong ability to learn and navigate multiple systems quickly
• Experience handling high-value, detail-sensitive bookings independently

Work Schedule & Employment Terms

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday (Australian business hours)
• Remote role for Philippine-based candidates only
