• Assist with planning and coordinating upscale travel experiences and reservations
• Support client requests related to accommodations, itineraries, and scheduling
• Maintain accurate client profiles and travel details in internal systems
• Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and online platforms
• Review travel confirmations and service details for accuracy and completeness
• Provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth and high-quality client experience
• Follow established processes and service standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable using online systems and digital platforms
• Ability to manage multiple client requests in a remote environment
• Customer service, hospitality, or coordination experience preferred
• Reliable internet access and ability to work remotely

Requirements

• $45,000 - $65,000 a year
