Role Description

As a Remote Luxury Coordinator, you'll work directly with clients to design personalized getaways from luxury cruises and romantic escapes to once-in-a-lifetime adventures.

• Coordinate and customize vacation packages based on client preferences, budgets, and travel styles
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and virtual consultations
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and excursions
• Book and manage client reservations using approved partner systems
• Stay up to date on promotions, travel requirements, and industry news
• Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after each trip
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications
