Role Description

Benchmark takes pride in providing excellent customer service and the most efficient loan process to our borrowers. The Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant/Coordinator is an integral part of this process and is responsible for supporting one or more Loan Originators or Production Partners through:

• Sales assistance
• Loan coordination
• Document collection
• Customer service

Schedule for this position will be 12-15 hours per week.

• One to two years of residential mortgage experience preferred
• One to two years of experience with construction loans and/or renovation loan products
• Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish

Benefits

• Pay: $15 to $18 per hour depending on experience
