• Up to ZAR 350,000 salary on a full time, permanent employment contract

• This role follows a rotating shift pattern, including evenings and weekends, depending on live events.

Responsibilities

• Run live content management for clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Generate engaging content tailored to client needs.
• Provide exceptional customer support to enhance client satisfaction.
• Ensure strong quality control over client content, maintaining high standards.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment (nice to have).
• Experience creating or improving support or QA processes (nice to have).
• Experience working in a SaaS environment (nice to have).
• Content experience (nice to have).

Recruitment Process

• 15-minute call with a member of our Hiring Team to learn more about the company and answer a few questions.
• If the initial call goes well, an interview with Alex, our Senior Project Manager.
• Depending on the outcome of the interview, a follow-up task will be sent, which will give you an idea of what your day-to-day might look like (which you will be compensated for).
