Role Description

We're currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our growing remote team as Remote Lifestyle Consultants. In this role, you'll help clients explore travel opportunities, coordinate trip details, and create experiences that align with their interests, schedules, and lifestyle goals. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, providing personalized assistance, and working in a flexible environment where no two days are exactly the same. No prior experience in the travel industry is necessary. We provide the tools, training, and ongoing support needed to help you succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Connect with clients to learn about their vacation interests and travel objectives
• Assist with arranging accommodations, cruises, transportation, excursions, and vacation packages
• Explore available travel opportunities through approved supplier networks
• Offer helpful suggestions and destination insights tailored to client preferences
• Guide clients through reservation requests and trip coordination processes
• Respond to inquiries and provide support through phone, email, and online communication platforms
• Keep client profiles, trip details, and documentation organized and up to date
• Monitor travel updates, promotions, and supplier announcements
• Participate in virtual training sessions and professional development programs

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• A service-oriented mindset with a desire to help others
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Comfort using online platforms and digital tools
• The ability to work independently in a remote setting
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
• Reliable internet access and basic computer proficiency
• Must be at least 18 years old
