Role Description

Globe Life AO is seeking motivated, service-driven professionals to join our growing virtual team as Remote Client Success Specialists. You'll work with individuals and families through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, helping them understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits, answering questions, identifying their needs, and guiding them through appropriate coverage options.

This opportunity combines customer service, client relationship management, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales in a fully remote environment. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Hold or be willing and eligible to obtain the appropriate state insurance license
• Have access to a computer or laptop with webcam capability
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have microphone capability
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable conducting virtual client appointments
• Be willing to complete required training and professional development
