Role Description

We're looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals to support clients with leisure-related requests, scheduling, reservations, and general service needs in a remote environment. As a Remote Leisure Customer Services Provider, you'll help clients stay informed, organized, and supported throughout the planning process. Depending on the request, you may assist with accommodations, activities, transportation, confirmations, or other experience-related details. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys helping people, researching options, and keeping multiple details organized. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Respond to client questions and service requests
• Gather preferences, dates, and important planning details
• Assist with reservations and confirmations
• Research leisure and experience-related options
• Provide updates and next-step guidance
• Follow up on pending requests or changes
• Maintain accurate client records
• Help coordinate accommodations, activities, or transportation details
• Assist with adjustments or special requests
• Keep client plans organized from beginning to completion

Requirements
