Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Leisure Booking Coordinator to assist clients with researching and coordinating leisure-related reservations and services. This role involves understanding individual preferences, reviewing available options, and helping organize arrangements from initial request through confirmation. The ideal candidate enjoys research, customer interaction, and keeping important details organized.

• Gather information regarding client preferences and requests
• Research available accommodations, activities, transportation, and related options
• Assist with coordinating booking arrangements
• Review reservation information for accuracy
• Communicate confirmations and important details to clients
• Assist with adjustments, modifications, and special requests
• Maintain organized booking records and client information
• Follow up when additional information is required
• Communicate with suppliers and service providers as needed
• Provide timely and professional client support
