[Hiring] LATAM Customer Success Intern @HubSpot

Role Description

As a LATAM Customer Success Intern at HubSpot, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our customer journey within the Customer Success function. This internship offers the opportunity to develop critical skills, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to meaningful projects that help customers grow and improve internal processes across the region. During this internship cycle, interns will gain exposure, experience, and potential full-time conversion paths to Customer Success Management, Contract Management, or Customer Support.

What You’ll Do

• Support internal tasks and cross-functional projects for Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
• Assist with customer-facing documentation, including business reviews, internal playbooks, and enablement materials.
• Partner with internal teams to drive product adoption and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across different teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Curious and coachable with a growth mindset and willingness to take initiative.
• Comfortable with data analysis and using tools such as Excel or CRM systems.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• A passion for helping customers and driving process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
• Resume/CV must be submitted in English.
• Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia, or able to work remotely from within Colombia.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) for 6 to 12 months.

Nice to Haves

• Intermediate Portuguese fluency.
• International, consulting, or SaaS experience.
• Degree background in International Business, Corporate Communications, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related fields.
