Role Description

As a LATAM Customer Service Leader – Dental Solutions, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading LTAM Dental Solutions Customer Operations teams, driving service excellence and operational efficiency across the region.
  • Serving as the key liaison between the Solventum Customer Operations organization and LTAM Dental Solutions business leaders.
  • Managing customer order processes from order entry through delivery, ensuring timely support related to order status, pricing, shipping, inventory, product inquiries, and complaints.
  • Using data and analytics to drive decision-making, organizational development, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing solutions to complex operational and customer service issues while fostering a high-quality customer service culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of customer operations, customer service, supply chain, or commercial operations experience in a healthcare, dental, or medical device environment.
  • Five (5) years of leadership experience managing regional or multicultural teams within LATAM.
  • Experience supporting Dental Solutions or related healthcare product portfolios.
  • Experience managing customer order management processes, including order entry, logistics coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Experience using data and reporting tools to support operational decision-making and process improvements.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Healthcare Management, or related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Five (5) years of experience in customer operations within a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, master data management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Skills include leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and with external customers.
