  • Experience with ServiceNow; ServiceNow CSA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong commitment to quality and customer experience
  • ServiceNow development skills (JavaScript) would be a big advantage
