Role Description

We invite an organized and detail-oriented Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our Website Development team at Dev.Pro. In this on-demand role, you’ll help maintain company documentation by processing publishing requests, updating content in WordPress, and supporting the structure and accuracy of our internal knowledge base. You’ll work closely with document owners and stakeholders to implement updates, publish new content, and ensure consistency across company portals.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of WordPress experience, including hands-on work in the admin panel
  • Experience managing and updating content in WordPress
  • Intermediate+ English level, including written business communication
  • Experience working with Google Workspace and Google Drive
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and follow through on tasks independently
  • Responsible and reliable work approach with clear communication on task progress
  • Basic QA mindset and ability to spot inconsistencies, formatting or content issues

Requirements

  • Desirable: Experience supporting or maintaining internal documentation (tech manuals, guidelines, etc.)
  • Desirable: Previous experience working in an IT company

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and coordinate company documentation by processing publishing requests from document owners
  • Publish new documents in WordPress and update related files in Google Drive
  • Update and maintain existing documentation in WordPress
  • Manage publishing and content update requests
  • Maintain the structure and organization of the internal knowledge base
  • Conduct documentation audits to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Communicate with document owners to clarify requirements and coordinate updates
  • Process internal feedback forms related to documentation
