Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer support for inquiries related to international and domestic transportation logistics.
• Manage communication via multiple channels to ensure seamless service delivery for transportation clients.
• Resolve technical and service-related issues regarding booking, routing, and transit schedules.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and improve the quality of transportation support.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations within the transportation sector.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of interactions within the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Professional proficiency in English to communicate within our international team.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Strong interest in the transportation industry and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or logistics is considered a strong asset for this position.
