Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer care to Italian-speaking users via phone, email, and live messaging.
• Guide customers through device features, software setups, OS navigation, and technical issue resolution.
• Maintain high service standards to uphold the brand's global reputation.
• Stay current on device launches, operating system updates, and digital features.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, diagnostics, and resolutions within the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Advanced or native fluency (C1/C2 level) in Italian; minimum B2-level English for internal documentation, training, and software tools.
• Residing in Greece (or relocating prior to start) with an EU passport or valid Greek work permit.
• Comfortable navigating modern digital devices, software applications, and consumer tech tools.
• Strong active listening skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
