Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Multichannel Support: Provide high-quality client assistance to Italian-speaking users via phone calls, email, and live messaging.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Guide users through device features, operating system navigation, software setups, and technical problem-solving.
• Brand Representation: Maintain exceptional service standards to reflect and uphold the brand's global prestige.
• Product Knowledge: Remain updated on new device rollouts, operating system updates, and digital feature releases.
• Case Logging: Record precise logs of customer inquiries, technical diagnostics, and resolutions in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Language Capabilities: Fluent or C1/C2-level mastery of Italian (written and spoken); upper-intermediate B2-level English required for corporate training, internal documentation, and software tools.
• Right to Work & Location: Residing in Greece (or relocating prior to start date) holding an EU passport or a valid Greek employment permit.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable managing modern software applications, digital devices, and consumer tech ecosystems.
• Key Attributes: Active listening skills, patience, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
