As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive professional and helpful assistance regarding their car rental needs, making their experience smooth and enjoyable.

• Provide exceptional customer support in Italian through phone, email, and chat communication channels.
• Assist clients with reservations, inquiries, and any issues related to rent-a-car services promptly and efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and work towards effective resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and address customer needs.
• Stay updated on company policies, offers, and fleet details to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the rent-a-car or travel industry, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
