Role Description

• Manage and handle online reservations for hotels, flights, car rentals, transfers, and additional travel services.
• Coordinate and process offline requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Handle bookings and cases involving last-minute and on-the-spot challenges, ensuring fast and effective problem resolution.
• Respond to incoming calls from travel agents, providing platform support and managing reservations with special requests.
• Proactively negotiate customer needs with different sources, using outbound calls to secure optimal solutions.
• Demonstrate creative thinking and a results-oriented mindset, especially when handling complex cases involving multiple stakeholders.
• Operate multiple online systems simultaneously while delivering high-quality service.
• Take full responsibility for resolving operational and administrative cases from A to Z.

Qualifications

• Service oriented persona with high communication skills, fluent in English and Italian.
• Independent, self-motivated, patience, and goal-oriented work style, solving problems.
• Can control and lead multiple tasks, activating all resources to efficiently solve cases.
• Experience working B2B with travel agents/business professionals is a big plus!
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products/systems, and company procedures.
