Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, handling inquiries related to automotive products, services, vehicle specifications, and after-sales support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate, detailed, and professional information regarding vehicle features, maintenance schedules, warranties, and automotive service options to customers in Italian.
• Assist customers with scheduling service appointments, coordinating with dealership networks, and tracking the progress of vehicle repairs or orders.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints related to automotive purchases, leasing agreements, roadside assistance, and technical issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Process customer requests, update account information, and accurately document all interactions within the company's CRM system in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams, dealership partners, and technical departments to ensure seamless resolution of complex automotive customer cases.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and communicate feedback and trends to the team leader to support continuous service improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest automotive product launches, service campaigns, and industry developments to deliver knowledgeable and confident customer support.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role — all customer interactions will be conducted in Italian.
• Valid EU passport or relevant documentation permitting legal residence and work eligibility (mandatory).
• A genuine interest in or prior experience within the automotive industry, including knowledge of vehicles, automotive services, or related customer support environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally, patiently, and with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English at a working level is advantageous for internal communications and training purposes.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, or customer support tools is a plus; previous customer service experience in any industry will be highly regarded.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment within Greece while adhering to performance standards and team goals.
