Role Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for skilled Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading insurance company in Greece. This role involves providing comprehensive customer service to Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with insurance inquiries, claims, policy information, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

• Provide professional and empathetic support to Italian-speaking customers regarding insurance products, claims handling, and policy details via phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case follow-ups using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex cases and escalate when necessary.
• Stay updated on insurance products, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Contribute feedback to improve customer service processes and overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
