• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and empathetic service through various communication channels.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize the travel user experience for our premium car-sharing fleet.
• Handle sensitive information regarding billing and trip documentation with precision and professional confidentiality.
• Stay updated on the latest travel technology trends to provide expert advice and guidance to our active user base.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is considered a significant advantage.
• Strong command of English for internal training and global team collaboration.
• Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to troubleshoot travel app-related technical queries effectively.
