• Provide efficient back office gaming support to Italian-speaking customers via multiple communication channels.
• Liaise with technical and operational departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, processes, and resolutions.
• Assist in the identification and implementation of process optimizations to improve service quality.
• Stay informed about the latest gaming products, industry trends, and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance professional skills within the gaming sector.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer support or back office roles, preferably within the gaming industry.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Capacity to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard office software.
