Role Description

We are seeking a Mid-Level Tier 2 Technical Support Agent to join our customer support team in South Africa. This is a full-time opportunity for a technically skilled professional who enjoys solving complex issues and delivering excellent customer service.

• Handle escalated support tickets from Tier 1 agents
• Diagnose technical problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
• Work across multiple systems and collaborate with internal teams
• Investigate root causes, document fixes, and improve support processes
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or help desk environments
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable working independently on complex issues
• Customer-first mindset
• Experience with support tools, remote troubleshooting, and SaaS or web-based products is highly valued
