Role Description

At Dostt App, we are expanding our international operations in the Philippines and are looking for enthusiastic, communication-driven professionals to join us as International Onboarding Telecaller.

In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding, engaging, and supporting hosts/listeners on the platform through voice-based interactions. You will play a critical role in helping new users successfully complete their onboarding journey, understand platform guidelines, activate their profiles, and remain engaged on the platform.

The ideal candidate is confident in outbound calling, possesses strong English communication skills, and can build positive relationships with users while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires consistent follow-ups, strong ownership, and the ability to work effectively in a target-oriented and remote work environment.

As part of Dostt's international growth journey, you will directly contribute to user activation, retention, and overall platform success in the Philippines market.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing hosts/partners.
• Onboard and train new international “Listeners” as per platform guidelines.
• Assist users with profile completion, onboarding steps, and activation.
• Follow up on pending onboarding and verification activities.
• Engage with existing hosts to improve platform activity and retention.
• Contact inactive users and work towards reactivation.
• Educate hosts about platform features, policies, incentives, and opportunities.
• Resolve basic host concerns and coordinate escalations with internal teams.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, onboarding status, and escalations.
• Ensure professional communication and positive host experience during interactions.
• Stay updated with platform processes, operational changes, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, Retention Executive, or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English & ability to communicate effectively with Philippines-based users and partners.
• Strong listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive follow-ups and target-based work environments.
• Comfortable handling host rejection and difficult conversations professionally.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations, CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with telecalling, onboarding, retention, customer support, or engagement experience will be preferred.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and operational targets.
• Strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset.
• Patient and empathetic while handling users.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and remote work setup.
• Excellent communication consistency and reliability.
