Role Description

The Intake Coordinator is responsible for supporting the client intake process from initial contact through appointment scheduling. Responsibilities include:

• Answering and managing incoming calls
• Assisting clients with scheduling appointments
• Coordinating electronic document exchanges
• Responding to client inquiries
• Accurate data entry
• Maintaining client and administrative records
• Updating databases and internal systems to ensure information remains current and accurate

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly and approachable personality
• Ability to interact comfortably with clients
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or ability to quickly learn new technology
• CRM experience is a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday
• Paid 30-minute lunch break
• Bilingual is preferred
