[Hiring] Intake and Outreach Coordinator @Job Duck

Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable Intake & Outreach Coordinator to own and manage our intake process from start to finish. This role is critical in ensuring that every potential client receives a warm, professional first impression and is guided efficiently to the right resources.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM PST

Monthly Compensation: 1,142 to 1,220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Schedule intake calls and book consultations
• Conduct outreach to clients and referral partners
• Follow up consistently with leads, clients, and partners
• Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
• Monitor the attorney’s email for incoming business opportunities
• Send meeting reminders and ensure smooth communication
• Qualify leads and determine the appropriate practice area
• Answer inbound phone calls with professionalism and warmth
• Own and manage the intake process end-to-end
• Triage calls to the correct team members

• Highly reliable, responsible, and accountable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Consistent performer who maintains high-quality work
• Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Availability and responsiveness during work hours
