What You'll Do

• Connect With Members
  • Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
  • Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits
  • Ask questions to understand each client's needs, priorities, and financial protection goals
  • Build professional relationships based on trust, communication, and exceptional service
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing clients
• Educate & Recommend Solutions
  • Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
  • Help clients understand coverage features and available choices
  • Assess individual and family protection needs
  • Recommend personalized benefit solutions
  • Answer questions clearly and professionally
  • Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable conducting business through Zoom and phone
• Be willing to complete required training
• Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
