Role Description

Globe Life AO is expanding our virtual team and seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and service-focused professionals to join us as Member Experience & Benefits Consultants. In this role, you'll connect with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments, learn about their needs, explain available supplemental benefits and financial-protection options, assist with enrollment, and provide continued client support.

• Conduct scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Welcome and assist prospective clients
• Connect with individuals and families interested in available benefits
• Ask questions to understand individual needs and priorities
• Listen carefully to client questions and concerns
• Explain benefit information in clear, understandable language
• Provide personalized, professional service
• Assist with applicable enrollment and documentation
• Follow up consistently
• Help existing clients with applicable policy-service needs
• Assist with beneficiary-related requests
• Maintain accurate digital client records
• Manage appointments and follow-up activities
• Build lasting relationships through dependable service

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain a quiet, professional home workspace
• Be comfortable communicating with clients through Zoom and phone
• Be comfortable using email and web-based technology
• Be willing to participate in required training
• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
