[Hiring] Implementation Coordinator @Lightspeed Commerce, Inc.

Role Description

As a member of the Implementation team, you will own the post-sale onboarding experience for new and existing customers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring customers are set up for success through activities such as menu configuration, training, and troubleshooting, helping them get up and running efficiently.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving early customer satisfaction and product adoption. By delivering a high standard of service and acting as a trusted partner, you will directly impact the customer journey and contribute to the long-term success of both our customers and Lightspeed.

What you’ll be doing:

• Proactively engage customers via phone and email to coordinate onboarding and resolve issues.
• Manage Implementation Specialists’ calendars and schedule onboarding sessions across products and platforms.
• Meet KPIs related to onboarding volume and time to value.
• Handle multiple workstreams, including chats, inboxes, and internal requests.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-ups across internal tools.
• Monitor customer progress and partner with other teams to support at-risk accounts.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and take on new challenges as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a B2B, solution-sales, or technology-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage customer expectations via phone and email.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional phone presence.
• Understanding of the sales process and the importance of driving timely onboarding to reduce churn.
• Ability to manage shared workloads within a team environment.
• Basic understanding of the hospitality industry.
