Role Description

We are looking for an Implementation Advisor Apprentice to join our team for a structured 6-month apprenticeship. This full-time programme is designed for someone looking to build a strong foundation in software implementation, customer success, and technology-driven business growth.

Apprentices will be training to become an advisor. They will work on real customer initiatives alongside experienced advisors, gaining hands-on experience in:

• Customer onboarding
• Implementation
• Business process management
• Software best practices
• Change management

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements, business needs, and pain points.
• Support customer onboarding and implementation activities.
• Assist in creating implementation and transition plans.
• Support advisors in ensuring successful product adoption and customer outcomes.
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate next steps to customers.
• Assist with webinars, workshops, and customer education sessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and implementation needs.
• Stay updated on HighLevel product features and releases.
• Support customers with basic implementation-related issues.
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to long-term customer success.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve the onboarding and implementation experience.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn SaaS products.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn new tools, processes, and workflows quickly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Internship or project experience in SaaS, customer success, technical support, implementation, or consulting.
• Familiarity with CRM or SaaS platforms.
• Basic understanding of business processes and software workflows.
