In this exciting role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for Hungarian-speaking travellers and hosts on one of the world's most iconic travel and accommodation platforms, delivering exceptional support experiences within the fast-paced tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional, empathetic, and timely support to Hungarian-speaking Airbnb guests and hosts via phone, email, and live chat channels.
• Assist travellers with booking enquiries, reservation modifications, cancellations, and general travel-related questions within the Airbnb platform.
• Guide hosts through platform policies, listing optimisation advice, and best practices to enhance the overall tourism experience for their guests.
• Investigate and resolve complaints, disputes, and escalated issues relating to accommodations, payments, and travel experiences, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Airbnb's products, services, policies, and the broader tourism industry landscape to deliver accurate and relevant guidance.
• Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system, ensuring full compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to identify recurring issues, contribute to process improvements, and help elevate the quality of tourism support services.
• Meet and consistently exceed individual KPIs and performance targets, contributing to a high-performance team culture within the tourism sector.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Hungarian language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role.
• A valid EU passport is mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes.
• A genuine passion for travel, tourism, and delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service, travel advisory, hospitality, or the broader tourism industry is highly advantageous.
