In this role, you'll help oversee the planning process for client travel arrangements, guide individuals through available options, and ensure reservation details remain organized and accurate from start to finish. This position is well suited for individuals who like structured tasks, client interaction, and flexible remote work. No previous travel background is required. Step-by-step onboarding and ongoing guidance are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to learn about their travel interests and priorities
• Assist with coordinating accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities
• Review reservation options through approved booking platforms
• Help confirm itinerary details and maintain accurate travel records
• Provide helpful suggestions that support a positive planning experience
• Respond to client questions through email, messaging, and phone communication
• Support itinerary adjustments when changes are requested
• Participate in virtual learning sessions and team check-ins

Qualifications

• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients
• Enjoy organizing details and managing timelines
• Are comfortable using online tools and reservation systems
• Work well independently in a home-based setting
• Are at least 18 years old
• Have authorization to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, or Spain
• Are comfortable communicating in English
