[Hiring] Home-Based SF Field Service Dispatcher @DCX

Role Description

Are you an experienced Field Service Dispatcher with strong Salesforce knowledge and a passion for process improvement and operational excellence? We are looking for a Home-Based SF Field Service Dispatcher to join our DCX team. In this role, you will start by supporting vendor management, dispatch administration, and SOP development, with the long-term opportunity to grow into a Dispatch Shift Manager under a new system. This position is ideal for someone confident in managing high-volume field operations, comfortable communicating with drivers and vendors, and capable of staying calm and decisive under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of prior experience as a Dispatcher (required).
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Field Service (required).
• Proficient with DialPad, WhatsApp, and Company Phone.
• Direct management experience in this field with at least 3 direct reports under them.
• Comfortable calling drivers, vendors, and handling phone-based coordination.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong personality with leadership potential.
• Ability to manage high-volume operations (1,000 dumpsters / 30 trucks).

Requirements

• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
