Role Description

The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Implementation Specialist will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. This role is responsible for guiding clients through the setup process, ensuring seamless platform adoption, and providing the training and support needed to effectively utilize real-time market intelligence, performance analytics, and competitive benchmarking tools across major vacation rental platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO.

Job Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding & Implementation
    • Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients.
    • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business goals, portfolio structure, and reporting requirements.
    • Configure client accounts, dashboards, reporting settings, and user permissions.
    • Coordinate data integration and system setup activities.
    • Develop implementation timelines and ensure milestones are completed on schedule.
    • Guide clients through platform adoption and best practices.
  • Client Training & Enablement
    • Deliver onboarding sessions, product demonstrations, and training workshops.
    • Educate clients on key performance metrics including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, market trends, and competitive benchmarking.
    • Create and maintain training materials, implementation guides, and support documentation.
    • Ensure clients understand how to utilize analytics to improve pricing, occupancy, and revenue performance.
  • Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination
    • Act as the primary implementation contact for clients during onboarding.
    • Coordinate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure seamless deployments.
    • Track implementation progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
    • Identify risks, blockers, and opportunities for process improvement.
    • Maintain accurate implementation records and project documentation.
  • Customer Success Support
    • Support client adoption and engagement during the initial onboarding period.
    • Assist customers in achieving desired business outcomes through platform utilization.
    • Gather client feedback and communicate enhancement requests to internal teams.
    • Facilitate smooth transitions from implementation to ongoing customer success and support teams.

Qualifications

  • College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Software Implementation, Customer Success, Project Coordination, Property Management, Hospitality Technology, or SaaS onboarding.
  • Experience working directly with clients in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with short-term rental operations, vacation rentals, or hospitality technology.
