Role Description

The DCX Client Services – Home-Based Admin Support will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States within the inspection industry. This role offers an opportunity to support daily operations by handling clerical, data management, and communication tasks critical to the business.

• Assist in-office employees remotely
• Ensure accurate data handling
• Maintain smooth communication with a network of inspectors
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Capable of managing multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• College degree in Business Administration or any related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in Administrative Support, Data Entry, Customer Service, or related roles
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills

Requirements

• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Basic knowledge of data entry systems and reporting tools
• Experience working in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment is a plus
• Experience coordinating with field teams or external partners (e.g., inspectors) is an advantage
• Previous remote work experience is a plus
