Role Description

This role is fully remote within Portugal only. Are you fluent in Hebrew and looking to advance your career from anywhere in Portugal? We are seeking enthusiastic Hebrew-Speaking Content Moderators to join our international team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will be supporting a world-leading platform, helping its global community of users enjoy a safe, seamless digital experience while maintaining online environment standards.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Content Review & Policy Enforcement: Review user-generated content in Hebrew to ensure alignment with platform guidelines, safety policies, and best practices, maintaining a healthy and respectful online environment.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve safety concerns, flagged content issues, account access requests, and complex technical policy questions with fairness and sound judgment.
• Data Accuracy: Document and log reviews and administrative decisions accurately in our internal systems to keep operational workflows smooth and well-documented.
• Quality & Metrics: Strive to consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, such as accuracy benchmarks, response efficiency, and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be strictly based in Portugal.
• Must hold EU Citizenship OR a valid Portuguese Residency Card (Título de Residência).
• Fluent level of Hebrew (both written and spoken) AND a solid B2 level of English.
• Ability to work rotative shifts (5 days a week, 8 hours a day).
• Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple browser tabs.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or online operations is nice to have, but not mandatory.

Requirements

• Salary: €1,767 gross per month (paid over 12 months).
• 100% remote working environment within Portugal.
• All required hardware and work equipment will be delivered directly to your address in Portugal.
