Role Description

We are seeking enthusiastic Hebrew-Speaking Content Moderators to join our international team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will be supporting a world-leading platform, helping its global community of users enjoy a safe, seamless digital experience while maintaining online environment standards.

Position Overview

• Location: Fully Remote (Must be currently based in Portugal; no relocation assistance provided)
• Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week, 5 days a week, rotative shifts)
• Equipment: Fully provided by the company

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Content Review & Policy Enforcement: Carefully evaluate Hebrew-language posts, media, and user contributions to guarantee strict compliance with community guidelines and digital safety rules.
• Problem Solving: Investigate user-reported violations, address sensitive content queries, manage account access reports, and solve technical policy issues efficiently.
• Data Accuracy: Systematically input review outcomes, track user policy violations, and log technical documentation into our internal software systems.
• Quality & Metrics: Consistently maintain high-quality work outputs while reaching individual throughput goals, response rates, and team accuracy metrics.

Qualifications

• Location & Work Status: Must be strictly based in Portugal. You must hold EU Citizenship OR a valid Portuguese Residency Card (Título de Residência). Visa sponsorship and relocation packages are not available for this role.
• Language Skills: Fluent level of Hebrew (both written and spoken) AND a solid B2 level of English to navigate training, internal systems, and communicate with international colleagues.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to manage rotative shifts (5 days a week, 8 hours a day), accommodating different working hours from your home workspace.
• Tech Savviness: Excellent digital literacy, seamless navigation across multiple web platforms, and a quick learning curve for proprietary software.
• Soft Skills: High level of concentration, strong analytical evaluation, sound moral judgment, and strong listening skills.
• Prior Experience: Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or online operations is nice to have, but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive, fully paid training to set you up for success!

Requirements

• Salary: 1,767 EUR gross per month (paid over 12 months)
• Work Setup: 100% remote working environment within Portugal
• Hardware: All required hardware and work equipment will be delivered directly to your address in Portugal
