Role Description

We are seeking Remote Patient Engagement Specialists to support our healthcare client in the dental services sector. This role focuses on monitoring and responding to patient-facing digital interactions across social and online channels, ensuring accurate, professional, and empathetic communication at all times.

You will help maintain a safe, respectful, and informative digital environment for patients seeking dental care information and support.

• Communication-focused, compliance-sensitive role requiring strong judgment, attention to detail, and excellent written communication skills.
• Language: Native English
• Schedule Needs: Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM PST
• Commitment: 10 hours weekly

  • Conversationalist/Strategist mindset with the ability to navigate complex conversations.
  • Ability to be straightforward without confirming or denying information.
  • Prior Sprout experience a plus.

• A dedicated desktop or laptop computer running Windows 11 or later.
• At least 8 GB of RAM.
• A reliable, high-speed internet connection.
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for remote work.
• Willingness to install ModSquad security software and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on both your computer and mobile device.
